What is the Curtain Robot and what does it do?▾

The Curtain Robot is a motorized device that automatically opens and closes your curtains. Attach it to your curtain track or rod, pair with the app, and control with a tap, schedule, or voice command.

Which curtain tracks and types are supported?▾

Works with most systems: U-rail, I-rail, and rod-style curtains using included adapters. Contact Ahmora support for unusual setups.

How difficult is installation?▾

Tool-free installation. Clip the Curtain Robot onto the track, attach the adapter, position the curtain, charge the device, and pair with the app.

Does it require wiring or drilling?▾

No wiring or drilling required. The Curtain Robot attaches directly to your curtain track without modifying walls or rods.

How is it powered and how long does the battery last?▾

Rechargeable internal battery via USB-C. Lasts 4–6 months with normal use. Charging takes ~2–3 hours.

Which app should I use and what connectivity does it support?▾

Use the Ahmora app (iOS & Android). Supports Bluetooth for local control and Wi-Fi (on Wi-Fi models) for remote access, scheduling, and voice assistant integration.

Does it work with Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri?▾

Yes. Integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Siri support is available via iOS Shortcuts. Setup instructions are in the app.

What size and weight of curtains can it handle?▾

Handles curtains up to 8 meters (26 ft) wide or about 8 kg (17 lbs) per side. Contact support for heavy or specialty curtains.

Can multiple Curtain Robots be controlled together?▾

Yes. The app allows grouping multiple units to open/close curtains simultaneously or create scenes like “Good Morning.”

Can I schedule automatic open/close times?▾

You can schedule by time, sunrise/sunset, or presence detection via the Ahmora app.

Where does Ahmora ship and how long does delivery take?▾

Ships from UAE and UK fulfillment centers. UAE: 1–3 days, UK/EU: 3–7 days, International: 7–14 days. Tracking details are provided after shipping.

What is the returns and refund policy?▾

30-day money-back guarantee. Contact Ahmora support for return authorization. Products must be returned in good condition.

Does the Curtain Robot come with a warranty?▾

Yes. 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and motor failures (normal wear or user damage excluded).

Is it safe to leave the Curtain Robot around children or pets?▾

Yes. It has soft-start and obstruction detection, but always supervise children and pets. Follow safety guidelines in the product manual.
